By revealing each job applicant's likely performance in specific positions, Arena transforms the labor market from one based on perception, to one based on outcomes. Following our recommendations, all of our clients experienced reductions in new hire turnover, with an average 21% reduction in year 1 and 43% reduction in year 2. Arena's Core Platform uses data science to predict candidate impact pre-hire, optimize for a variety of specified outcomes including retention, time/attendance, patient satisfaction, et al.
