ClearPass helps you take proper measures to prevent the spread of the virus while maintaining a socially distanced workplace. With ClearPass, your workforce has access to mission-critical tools right on their phone; screen for COVID symptoms, queue location access, and share key information. COVID ClearPass runs on the Microsoft 365 platform as a PowerApp with connections into your organization’s SharePoint and PowerBI systems. Built from the latest State Executive Orders, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, and the World Health Organization recommendations, ClearPass helps you protect your workforce and protect your business. The inspiration for ClearPass is the result of our CEO looking for a way to resolve our own back to work initiatives and offering a solution that could also help Red Level’s hundreds of clients nationally. A part of that inspiration came from speaking with a client MPS Group of Farmington Hills. The IT director, Bradd Notestine, was addressing the same challenge within MPS Group and shared his story and how he was supporting the 300+ employees nationally. The result of it was the development of the free app that we hope will help you too.

Leveraging our core ride delivery model, we’ve expanded our product and service offerings to support transport of COVID-19 at-risk patients, contact tracking for driver and passenger exposures, and additional services including food delivery and staff transport. A COVID-19 Equipped Transportation Network: We’ve expanded our transportation network to include transportation providers with the policies, procedures and equipment to safely transport patients with a confirmed exposure, a presumptive positive status, or a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis. Our platform now includes a native COVID-19 screening that is factored into our automated decision logic for trip assignments. COVID-19 Contact Tracing: For instances in which a passenger or driver's positive COVID-19 diagnosis is determined after transport, procedures leveraging our ride-level data capture allow us to quickly alert affected parties in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Minimizing time between a positive COVID-19 test and informing recent contacts limits driver and passenger exposure and reduces community spread. Rapid Deployment Support: We’ve modified our platform implementation, transportation provider contracting and integration processes to enable healthcare organizations to get up and running in as little as 48 hours. Our goals are to ensure uninterrupted access to life sustaining treatments and optimized bed utilization through timely discharges and transfers, all while allowing front-line clinical staff to focus on patient care rather than ride logistics. Home Services: In addition to patient transportation, we’ve expanded our services to support food delivery through our clients’ partnerships with food banks, grocery stores and community resources. We’ve also expanded support for staff transportation, whether it’s providing in-home services to patients or simply going to and from work.

Ride Health is focused on streamlining transitions of care and eliminating transportation as a barrier to care. Ride Health’s web-based platform allows healthcare providers to coordinate transportation for high risk and underserved populations. Ride Health is re-imagining the legacy transportation management model by empowering decentralized care coordinators, social workers, nurses, and patients to schedule rides in a shared portal. Integrations with on-demand transportation services and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) companies enable a single transportation coordination solution with real-time visibility across vehicle types and service levels. The result is improved access to care, treatment compliance, and patient engagement that reduces no shows, eliminates delayed discharges, and avoids readmissions.
