iPostOp™ is a postoperative care remote monitoring platform that extends medical care beyond the hospital setting. It automates the most critical stages of post-operative care for both patients and medical care teams through an intuitive, platform-agnostic interface enabling continuous and virtual interactive patient monitoring beginning before surgery and continuing during the critical 14 to 45 day period following a patient’s procedure. It consists of a patient companion application (‘App’) automating the main processes beginning in the pre-operative period and monitoring the patient throughout the outpatient phase of postoperative care. Additionally, it contains a supporting platform for providers allowing them to manage the online services delivered through the App.
