Sphygmo Home is a home BP and vital signs (heart rate, glucose, weight, pulse oximetry, respiratory rate, temperature) remote patient monitoring platform consisting of a smartphone app (Android, iOS) and web-based clinician portal; the platform is available in 4 languages. The patient app allows the user to record these health parameters via manual entry or Bluetooth transmission (compatible with 35 different Bluetooth devices). The provider portal allows the health professional to remotely monitor these parameters, rapidly calculate guideline-concordant averages, assess trends, perform practice analytics, instant message patients, and generate .pdf summaries. The consumer app receives consistently high ratings and reviews on Google Play store and Apple App store (4.3 & 4.8 out of 5 stars). We support direct data transmission into EMR/EHR platforms and work with our partners on a case-by-case basis to develop an integration strategy.
