The Phynd data platform is differentiated by several key capabilities: Provider Profiles. Phynd offers a digital profile for providers (people, places, and services, both in-person and virtual) both broad and deep in scale – built on a robust 500+ field data model which includes specialties, health plans, clinical networks, and other attributes which make the consumer experience and operations smooth. Places Profiles. Phynd offers robust digital place profiles which support assigning providers, specialties, health plans, networks, diagnostic tests, and more, to each location. Telehealth / Virtual Visit Support. In the COVID-19 and new normal going forward, Phynd is fully supportive, enabling your teams to flag which providers offer telehealth visits. This attribute is searchable via Phynd Search API (below) and provider search in the Phynd app, as well as via a Provider Search Microsite provided by Phynd for internal health system staff use. Identify providers in Phynd who are scheduling pre-consults or virtual visits as part of their profile, so those providers are displayed next to virtual visit schedule availability. Update location features to identify the type of testing performed, and which locations have critical equipment such as ventilators. Make any changes to your location profile, including hours of operation or special parking or building entry instructions, that can be instantly seen by your patients on your website. Keep your providers and staff informed using our provider outreach tool. Send group-specific emails and communications to highlight new policies or other information. Ask your providers to update their profiles with COVID-19 related information. Use Phynd’s provider emergency contact information to ensure each of your providers have up to date information listed, including preferred ways to contact (cell phone, pager, text), back-up information, after hours phone, and other information.
