A patient with a ready bill receives communications via their preferred channels (text message, email and/or paper statement) notifying them of their financial responsibility with clear information and calls to action to resolve the balance. Using a white-labeled, login-free web application, the patient can view bill details for care encounters within the provider system, make payments in full via various payment methods (credit card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay), self-enroll in a payment plan, navigate insurance denials, and more.
Parents who serve as guarantors can access and manage bills with Cedar Pay on behalf of their dependents (i.e., children receiving healthcare services).
