Reach out, connect, and drive to action

We had done some SMS text messaging previously through our EHR vendor, but this was so much more personalized. Upfront was really what I was looking for – to be able to reach out, connect, and drive to action to really get patients the care that they need.

Upfront provides valuable patient messaging with exceptional customer support

We use Upfront as an appointment reminder tool and found it to be easy to use for the consumer, with an intuitive interface that is simple to navigate. The customer support team we initially had did go through some turnover. The team that we were with now is prompt and helpful, which I greatly appreciate.

While I gave the features a rating of 4 stars, I would have preferred to spend less time getting it integrated and more "out of the box" type of usability. The rating of 3 stars for integrations was due to the longer-than-expected time it has taken to integrate the software.

Overall, I believe that the value of Upfront increases over time as it gathers data to run its algorithms for optimal messaging responses. I would recommend Upfront for those seeking a reliable patient messaging tool with excellent customer support.
