COVID-19 Tests Invites

Telesofia has turned its technology to help health-care providers with the ability to communicate & educate patients remotely through mass communication tools able to auto-generate personalized videos during the COVID-19 for verified patients quarantined in hotels or in-home.

The company's technology was chosen by Maccabi Health Services, one of Israel's largest HMO's, to increase the compliance rate for flu vaccines. Maccabi Health Services has been using Telesofia’s system during the Coronavirus pandemic to invite patients to get tested.

Each invitee, immediately upon scheduling, received a personalized video containing the details of the appointment, time and exact location, including a navigation link, description of the test process, instructions for waiting in line or alternatively in the vehicle in places where the service is provided via drive-through.

Also, Personalized videos sent to Covid-19 affected patients showed how to use self-monitor kits, explained the official government instructions during self-quarantine at home, Covid-19 testing invitations and more.
