Like EHR portals, Frontive Health is fully HIPAA compliant and utilizes PHI to provide patients with a highly personalized experience. However, where EHR portals expose patients to a vast amount of information (much of which is not appropriate for non-experts) and can be overwhelming, Frontive Health is designed from the patient's perspective. We focus on providing day-to-day, personalized patient support around pre- and post-procedure instructions. Using asynchronous communications, the goal is to reduce the number of patient questions vs. providing an alternate comms channel like many portals and other solutions.
