Mend 2-Way Secure Messaging can be used to conduct messaging visits, real-time messaging, or asynchronous conversations. When a new message arrives, users are alerted via text and email. Mend messaging visits can be gated by a flat cash pay fee and allow patients to ask questions, request prescription refills, or get care for minor issues in a HIPAA compliant, ease-to-use experience.
