This proprietary tool scans for over 2,050 different programs in all 50 States. It determines eligibility on the spot and securely uploads verification documents (birth certificate, Social Security card, etc.) via mobile camera embedded within our system. The application makes our advocates more productive and effective in many ways, including by presenting a work list that is prioritized and ready for their day, prompting them throughout the screening process, presenting options upon completion, and more. The tool helps MedData provide a consistent level of quality and customer service to deliver the same engagement every time.
