Product Description:

About Fourier Health:

We are the ScaleAI for Medical Records.

We are an AI-platform and service that provides client-specific and use case-specific summarization. Fourier takes any task that presently requires a provider to provide a 'structured' output via reconciliation with unstructred inputs, and does so faster, cheaper, and more efficiently. We gaurantee 100% hallucination-free output via our hybrid human-in-the-loop and AI-enabled approach.

What We Do:

We summarize even the most complex cases, such as building relevant, actionable clinical summaries for patients with complex medical histories. We also provide summaries for transition care management and expedite payor form creation that require providers to reconcile a patient's chart. We can easily facilitate registry management and also expedite clinical appeals. We gaurantee that our summaries are always contexualized, meaning they are adaptable to the use case.

Our ROI:

With our health system partners, we've been able to show that we can improve revenue on existing complex outpatient care by at least 6%, with no change to current workflows. We additionally build capacity into our system-partners (conservatively estimated at 13%) to add volume while offering a net reduction in time worked for existing provider staff.

Our product, such as our complex patient intakes are reimbursable. And we are able to combine all input sources (including but not limited to: faxed PDFs, existing data in the EHR, HIE & consortium data, etc.).

Differentiators

Differentiators vs EHR Functionality:

We can be embedded directly within the EHR as well as connect to all client-specified structured fields within the EHR.

Differentiators vs Competitors:

1) 100% hallucination-free, as we have a human-in-the-loop for every use case

2) Summaries are contextualized - meaning, depending what the use case is, the summaries are different (though originating from same records) based on provider or client requirements, so a provider simply needs to approve

3) Reimburseable, as our process sits within the revenue cycle; thus we increase clinical decision-making while increasing revenue

4) Attribution - via our platform a provider can see where each peice of summarized data is attributed to in the original medical records, providing accountability and audit-proofing

5) Multi-modal data - we ingest text-dense unstructured data including PDFs
